How long do we have to get our prints ordered?
2 weeks after you receive your pictures.
How long does it take to get Books, Calendars, Canvases, Printed?
Do you edit the pictures?
AshtonImagery picks the best from your day to give to you. We make sure that every moment is captured properly, that everybody’s eyes are open, there are no blurs, or unprofessional imperfections. After your wedding you shouldn’t have to go back and edit out the pictures your not going to print, show people or treasure forever! We do that for you. We have many grateful clients who are always so satisfied with their pictures and return.
How much of a Deposit do we put down & when?
WEDDINGS = 25% OF TOTAL PACKAGE DUE AT CONTRACT SIGNING
All other sessions require $50 to book the date.
*it is non-fundable but subtracted from you total.
What is the best time to shoot?
The evenings are the best time to shoot, I love "the Golden Hour" where the sun is so soft and beautiful. This does not mean we are restricted during the day, but I will always suggest the evening for even lighting.
How early should we arrive?
We always ask that our clients arrive 5 minutes early so that we can do paperwork and discuss our plan of attack.
If we meet at a location, how do I find you?
You can always text or call me if you are lost, but when you pull in to where we may meet I drive a black chevy equinox.
*Families with children ages 0-5 are encouraged to make sure the little ones have napped, been fed and dressed to shoot prior to the session. Children definitely have their own schedules but they complete family pictures and we want to make sure that you get the time you paid for. We encourage parents to bring props that may capture the child's interest so that we can get a perfect shot!
*Our Photographers are not responsible for sessions that are unable to be completed due to tardiness or an uncooperative client. If a client is more than 15 minutes late the shoot will be considered cancelled and the deposit will not be returned. A refund or reshoot will not be given if a child or adult was clearly not cooperating with the family or photographer during shoot as stated in our contract.
*Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled at the photographers discretion.
